Through holistic approaches, we map out tangible goals, help you acknowledge your available resources, overall strengths & how to utilize them. I will assist in finding & feeling your strengths , so you are better able to tackle obstacles, even after our eight weeks together. Taking care of ourselves is one of the most important things we can do during our postpartum journey. While taking care of your child's needs, it is hard to remember to take care of ourselves. Practicing good self-care to paramount to being a good mother. I provide a safe place and creative process where we talk about options, feelings, and choices in an evidence based way, but with the highest amount of self-love, compassion, and confidence. I offer a whole person approach to my work to fit your specific needs. We will use self-reflection, meditation, mindfulness, relaxation, journaling, & lifestyle medicine to make a plan that works for you. I provide information & emotional support to your po9stpartum experience. My focus is solely on supporting you through this new phase of your life as you transition into what can feel like a new identity. I refer this time as "New Mom Identity." I can help you understand what is normal & if resources are needed to support you, I can also do that. I am here for you, mama. I want to be a strong resource throughout your postpartum.
